We understand how an online store specifically works

Website orders, warehouse, shipping, selling across multiple channels — not separate areas, but links in a single process.

How the process works at an online store

An order moves from checkout on the website through warehouse picking to handoff for delivery — and at every step, data is often passed manually. Stock on the website has to match what's actually in the warehouse, and that's especially hard to keep up manually when selling across multiple channels. The typical points of manual handoff are Excel exports and copying orders between the platform and the accounting system.

We don't propose replacing one system with another wholesale: automation gets built into the process you already have, and it's better to start with a small pilot in one area than to rebuild every system at once.
