We understand how a service business specifically works

Customer requests, technician dispatch, tracking work and parts, reporting back to the customer — not separate areas, but links in a single process.

How the process works at a service company

A customer request moves from intake through work scheduling to completion and closeout — and at every handoff, data is often passed manually. A dispatcher can't see technician workload in real time, and a report on completed work gets put together by hand at month-end. The typical points of manual handoff are phone calls, messaging apps, paper work orders, and Excel spreadsheets.

We don't propose replacing one system with another wholesale: automation gets built into the process you already have, and it's better to start with a small pilot in one area than to rebuild every system at once.
